    Dailin is a highly skilled and talented designer. With a bachelor's degree in architecture and over 10 years of experience in the field, she has established herself as a true professional in the industry.

    In addition to her expertise in architecture, Dailin also has extensive experience in interior design. Over the course of her career, she has worked on a wide range of projects, from large-scale commercial spaces to intimate residential interiors.

    Her experience in both architecture and interior design gives Dailin a well-rounded perspective on design, enabling her to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but also efficient, practical, and comfortable. Clients appreciate her ability to balance form and function, and to create spaces that are tailored to their specific needs and tastes.

  • Director

    With 14+ years of local and international experience in the architectural field and a bachelor’s degree in architecture, Felipe has led and collaborated in residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

    His work experience has given him a proven ability to create spaces that integrate and stand out in any urban or natural environment. Felipe has skills and experience in planning, drawing, detailing, designing, and leading projects, liaising directly with clients to grasp exactly what their ultimate goal is for this project with great attention to detail and precision.

    Felipe is deeply passionate about the creative aspects of architecture and takes great pleasure in working in such a dynamic and innovative industry. He believes that each project is an opportunity to learn from those around him, be it clients, professionals, or his Sierra Studio team. This collaborative approach allows him to continuously expand his knowledge and skills while providing clients with unique and customized living solutions.

    With over 13 years of architectural experience across both local and international markets, Juan has contributed to the design and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects. His work spans residential, retail, hospitality, and sports architecture, allowing him to develop a well-rounded approach to projects of varying types and scales—from boutique restaurants and mid-sized residential developments to large-scale retail centres and landmark hospitality and sports facilities in Saudi Arabia.

    Juan plays a key role in guiding projects through complex approval pathways. His experience ranges from preparing and submitting small-scale Development Applications to navigating the intricacies of State Significant Projects, ensuring compliance and alignment through Design Review Panels (DRP) and Development Excellence Panels (DEP).

    As Design Director at Sierra Studio, Juan is committed to upholding the studio’s vision of creating spaces that are both distinctive and meaningful. He brings a thoughtful design sensibility to each project, echoeing Sierra’s vision of creating unique and beautiful spaces with simple but yet disruptive ideas.
